"With a strong swell bull kelp lose their anchor from the rocks and leave their watery home. Picked up by the waves and floating on the surface to finally land in their resting place on the shore. Bull kelp nourish the inter tidal zone during the last phase of their life. They are super fun to pick up and swing them like a lasso and of course chasing someone down the beach."
