First Nations Woven Grass Bottle
Master Nuu-chah-nulth weaver, Charlotte Carpenter, hand picks and dyes the bog grasses harvested near Ucluelet on Vancouver Island before it is woven around and decorating this glass bottle. Charlotte had woven into the design two of her signature patterns; Whale and Seal.
