Maple Bird's Eye Burl Bowl
Sculptural, yet functional. this single bird's eye maple burl was hand carved by Ted Arnold, of Comox BC, into a fluid irregular free form bowl. Four legs, each a unique carving, extend from the bowl and bring excitement, visually, from every angle. The fine finishing of the golden grains of the burl shine through creating a unique collectable show piece.
