A unique perspective of an eagle soaring,is hand carved by Vancouver Island, BC artist Norm Moyen. This spruce bald eagle, carved from spruce, is finished in Norm Moyen's signature style. Burning and brushing the wood after carving creates a textured look enhancing natural wood grain and dark colouring. Additional carving on the head creates feather detail, exposing the natural contrasting spruce colour.  Flat on one side, the sculpture is set with two wall mounts for verticle, horizontal or diagonal hanging.
