Traditional Woven Bog Grass - Basket, Small
This is a small lidded basket traditionally woven by Nuu-chah-nulth master weaver, Charlotte Carpenter. Charlotte inherited her grandmother's wooden molds specially carved for basket weaving. The bog grasses were hand picked and dyed by Charlotte. The pattern of whale and two walking ducks are Charlotte's signature designs.
