"These landmark rocks appear at the entrance to Ucluelet Inlet, a welcome sight to the weary fisherman returning with his catch. The orange-brown of the rocks is like a beacon guiding the fisherman home. This scene is painted from a photograph; I don't think I could do this one en plein air as I am very susceptible to sea sickness." - Cal Kimola Brown.
