Reminiscent of old world cultures and design elements, this primitive hand built slab plate is a canvas for potter and artist, Gail Carlson. Each white outline has been hand carved and filled with white clay. Oxides add color, enhancing definition of flowing wave design. Four rounded legs stabalize the bottom of the bowl as a table piece. Each leg has a hole so a wire can be strung for a unique hanging wall art piece.
