Looking Across
Sweeping colours of paint define shape, detail and composition. 'Looking Across' is a west coast painting, with a beach viewpoint looking out across the water to the near distant islands. Acrylic paint is applied to the canvas in a palette knife technique by west coast painter Julia Gyori. Julia lives near and often visits the beaches of the west coast of Vancouver Island for her inspiration.
