Shipping & Delivery
The customer pays all shipping and handling charges. We will provide a shipping and handling quote.
Once your order has been placed, we will have it packaged and on its way between one and five business days, depending on the item/items and packaging method required. Some larger and/or more fragile pieces may require a crate to be built. If a crate is required, then we will provide you with a quote for 'crate building services'. If we are not able to have your parcel shipped in this time frame, you will be contacted by phone or e-mail and informed of the reasons and expected shipping date. Once your purchase has been shipped, we will e-mail you with tracking number and expected date of arrival.
Our preferred method of shipping is Expedited Parcel Service with Canada Postal Service. Expedited Parcel Services come with a tracking number and delivery is normally about 5-10 business days within North America.

Recycled Packaging Materials In respect for the environment along with availability of recyclable packaging materials in our local area, Reflecting Spirit Gallery Inc. recycles and reuses packaging materials where we can. Some art pieces will be shipped in packing materials supplied by the artist. Each item is packaged to high standards to ensure the safe arrival of your purchase.
Risk of Loss or Shipping Damage All our artworks are examined and packaged with care before shipping. In case of loss or damaged items, Reflecting Spirit Gallery Inc., assumes no responsibility or risk for loss or damaged goods sent. All claims must be made directly with the commercial carrier.

How do I track my Order For all orders being shipped via Canada Post or UPS, an e-mail notification will be sent to you with shipping date, tracking information and expected time of arrival.
Duties and Import Taxes In North America, there are no duties on artwork. Internationally, duties and taxes may apply to your purchase. If applicable, these charges will be applied against the shipment by the Customs offices once your shipment reaches your country. Reflecting Spirit Gallery Inc. is unable to determine the amount that may be charged, and as we have no control over these charges, we cannot be responsible or held accountable for any additional charges. Any additional charges are paid by the purchaser.

Three Dimensional Artworks (Sculpture, glass, pottery etc)
We float pack. One well packaged box padded within a second box according to shipping standards and protection of the artwork. Some items may be grouped to save on shipping and packaging materials.
Flat Artworks (Unframed originals and prints)
At customer preference, items that can be rolled, they may be shipped in large-diameter tube or tube box. We also send items flat with protected corners to ensure safety of artwork. Oversize flat items are sent in a custom flat shipper via UPS.
Framed Artworks (originals and prints)
Where we can, the preferred shipping is without glass to best ensure the safe arrival of the art art work. Some art work can be ordered without glass and therefore may have a reduced unframed price that may not appear on the website. Please call to see if an unframed price is available. Not all artists offer unframed prices.
Framed artwork with glass will be shipped in a custom built float package to maximize protection. Oversize will be custom packed, usually in a wooden crate for UPS.
Oversize Items and Custom Crates
There are size and weight restrictions and limitations with all courier services as well as with Canada Post. Large and/or heavy parcels may require custom crates made of plywood. Our custom built crates are charged 'at cost' to the customer. We will provide you with a quote regarding the 'crate' expense.
