'Tofino Twilight' is inspired by one of Tofino's signature landmarks, Frank Island. Frank Island is connected to Chesterman Beach by a sandbar, making the island accessible by land at low tide. Frank Island is a special place to many visitors and for those living in the Tofino area.

Inspired by the tranquil twilight, where the ocean is so calm that it catches and reflects the moment of stillness, Tofino artist Ursula Banke captures the awe of the island's beauty and evokes a feeling of serenity.
