About This Category
Pronounced "jhee-clay", giclee is a sophisticated inkjet printing method. Using professional grade digital printers with precise colour correction, expert scanning and archival pigment inks (including solvent inks). Giclee brings to life many sublte colours and gradations not available with other printing methods. Many Giclees are printed on canvas and acid free watercolour paper. The stretched canvas prints are an alternative to traditional framing methods of matting and framing under glass. A stretched canvas print can be hung on it's own or fit with a frame.
