A blazing sunset over the mountains across Kennedy Lake turns the sky and water orange, pink, and purple. As the calm water and evening sky begin to darken we see the silhouettes of evergreen trees, the distant mountains, and weathered posts jutting out of the water, relics of an old dock that once stood on the lake.
