"This beach is a favourite spot to stop for a good walk on our annual trip north in our boat. It is one of many beaches on the west side of Calvert Island. Fully exposed to the open Pacific Ocean, it has fine sand and amazing rock formations that look like they are growing out of the sand. The rock is well weathered and sculpted by the surf.
