This beautiful serene purple and copper painted mermaid was created as a mixed media sculpture. Recycled fabric wraps around a wire armature forming her elegant mermaid shape, Fabric hardener and string make her hair. She sits on a piece of Pacific driftwood, polished smooth by the ocean waves.
