The oceans surrounded the Pacific Northwest is home to both resident and transient Orcas. An icon of the area and spiritual totem to the Indigenous people. Rare and fleeting glimpses of this magnificent creature and its family groups by the artist inspired this piece.

RIKA is an artist who's work focuses on the Pacific Northwest, his locations are beaches and breaks found along this wild and turbulent coast that are favored by surfers for their waves as well as places of special importance to himself. He hopes his art that his art will give these areas further value and appreciation and be a contributor in keeping them Wild, Protected and Free.
