Ucluth Beach layers in the Mist-Canvas Print
A canvas print is a high quality reproduction of the original printed onto stretched canvas. Most canvas prints are limited to editions of 50. Josh numbers and resigns each limited edition print.
"The west coast of the island has always been a second home to me. I first surfed at age eight when my family began regular camping and day trips to surf in all seasons including an annual New Year’s day surf. We did this every single year growing up until I got my drivers license. After that, I spent the next six years sleeping in my truck or doing day trips every weekend to surf.
These days, while I don’t surf as much, I see the coast with an artists eye and it’s a constant inspiration. The way the coastline disappears in the mist and fog. The way the gulls hover in place without a beat of the wing in the ever present winds. The enchanting tangle of the rainforests spruces and cedars. Or the vast amount of various wildlife you hardly even notice until you slow down to really look, who go about their business as if us humans never inhabited their home at all."
