"I have always been intimated by the mighty force of the ocean. Here on the coast our waters are cold and clean. The colour of the sea reflects the sky and the forest. In this piece I wanted to capture all those incredible blues I have seen over the years from blue sunny skies. I wanted to capture an imperfect wave, it may be small or large because there is no point of reference. I think this is a subject matter that I can explore for a long time. Mesmerizing and captivating everytime...let those negative ions wash over me."
