Salmon's life cycles tells a tale that has always captivated people; each fall, they swim thousands of kilometers and enter the final race of their life while swimming upstream to the waters where they were hatched.

Salmon is an unlimited hand pulled relief print that has been printed on locally sourced Vancouver Island Douglas Fir veneer. The printed image is created by first carving a soft rubber pad to which ink is rolled onto the raised surface. Then the wood veneer is placed on top of the inked surface and pressed to transfer the ink onto the wood creating an exciting nature image combined with the beauty of the natural wood grain.
